so i was getting ready to take birthday pictures for zeke & while i was waiting for him to arrive, i had a thought...
when i was in school, ccs, in detroit, i was always attracted to the shadows, the isolation, the alone-ness of any & every situation/scene. now that i've grown past that i search out light. glowing halos, how the light illuminates my subjects, dogs or people. the beauty the light can shine on an ordinary day. i follow that light, anywhere, everywhere. and i will continue to do so, as that is a gift to me, to be able to see out of the dark & be immersed in the light.
