my dear sweet bella-bee. this week was hard on her. you may laugh but it's true. she reflected the stress of her pa, who was worried about her ma.
kinda a tough situation. (all around, for everyone.)
bella began her days at camp like normalthis past week. but she seemed weighted down, heart-heavy. instead of her usual flouncing around & flirting with the top boys; woodson, jake & dear bailey, she was looking for hugs, comfort, cuddles. her eyes were heavy & bailey could tell. he was very attentive, & was keeping his eyes on her. he kept on her, questioning her if she wanted to talk --i gathered from their encounters--. but bella was distant & bailey seemed almost helpless.
on saturday, when her pa came to pick her up from daycare, she was exuberant! & super thrilled!
i thought he looked different, somewhat physically lighter. & his face was free of worry & carefree. bella immediately picked up on that & was excited when he talked of going home to see her ma!
